Greetings to all! Sending you a warm welcome to my blog. Creating my own little home in cyberspace has been on my mind for a long time and I finally took the plunge.

So…who is MichNovElle?

Well, I write technical manuals during the day to pay the mortgage, buy food, and generally cover the necessities of life. I write historical fiction in my spare time to follow my nearly lifelong obsession and to keep myself generally sane when reality gets a little much. When not tending to my professional duties and indulging my personal interests, I love reading, cooking, drinking coffee, and eating chocolate.

Note: This site is new and, as such, under construction. There will be changes as I learn how to maneuver in the world of blog and website development. Growing pains are inevitable, but I will do my best to keep them to a minimum.
